About

My passion lies in seeing your renewed hope and confidence; confidence in your ability to get through this tough time, and hope that things will look better on the other side of it. I believe in people's ability to handle change, transition, or trauma. I do know that sometimes it can be hard to know exactly how to do this alone. We often get bogged down in feeling the weight of our issues, and have difficulty seeing it from any other perspective, or knowing how to begin to get "unstuck." I am always honored to be a partner in your process and progress, and will provide unconditional support and encouragement throughout our work together.

I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence, as well as families and individuals struggling with the effects of addiction.

I am proud to be open and affirming to all members of the community, and love to work with all "traditional" and "non-traditional" families, couples, and individuals. My office is a safe and accepting place for all.

In addition to being a therapist, I am also a community advocate and activist, working to raise awareness about many of the issues that cause trauma to the community.
